 MARC 2009 Awards Banquet / Christmas Party

M.A.R.C. Christmas PartyPlease join us for the 2009 MARC Awards Banquet and Christmas Party on Monday, December 21, 2009 at 7:00PM. The party will be held at our normal meeting location at the Red Cross (5015 Woods Crossing Drive). Family and friend are welcome! The club will provide ham, turkey, and drinks. Bring your favorite covered dish and $4.00 per person to cover the cost of the meats. Annual awards will be presented after dinner and there will be drawings for door prizes. So, please plan to join us for what will certainly be a most enjoyable evening of food, friends, and fun.

The turkey and ham will soon be ordered, the awards are being made, all we need now for a successful and fun evening is you!

Our banquet will begin MONDAY, December 17th, at 7:00 PM at our usual meeting place. If you need a map, swing by our Meetings Page, it should get you there with no problem.

Don't forget your Covered Dish and $3.00 a head to help cover the cost of the meats. Just like last year, we will have Ham and Turkey as well as all the great side items you will be bringing to the feast.

Join us to celebrate the season, our accomplishments, and to say thank you to our outgoing Officers.

When: Monday, December 18, 2006 7:00PM

Where: Red Cross Building, 5015 Woods Crossing

What to bring: a covered dish, a couple of bucks and a good appetite

Again this year we will be having our holiday party and awards banquet on the regular meeting date and time and at the regular meeting place. Please bring a covered dish. W4SPA will pick up the meat (ham and turkey) and we will be collecting ($2-3)per head at the door to cover the cost of the meat. Families and friends are welcome so bring a guest! Club members will be presented with a raffle ticket for a door prize drawing.

Please RSVP by email with a head count or telephone Scott at 262-0412.

We're still looking for some set-up and clean-up helpers so let Scott know if you're interested in helping out.
